At The Michael Berry Show store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via your email confirmation.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely tape the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
